On 30th April 2009 has gathered an Ordinary Assembly of Shareholders of the ORLEN Księgowość Sp. z o.o. which approved the Annular Financial Report for 2008 and the tenure of office of last Management Board, that is: Mr. Jarosław Serba – President of the Management Board, Ms. Anna Holnicka-Szulc – Member of the Management Board has expired.

According to this the Supervisory Board of the ORLEN Księgowość Sp. z o.o. has appointed a new Management Board under its Resolution of 30th April 2009.

On 1st May 2009 Mr. Jacenty Szczechowicz took a post of new President of the Management Board while Mr. Arkadiusz Lewtak, a post of the Member of the Management Board.

2. Arkadiusz Lewtak – Member of the Management Board
