According to the expiration of the term of office of the Supervisory Board on the day of General Assembly of Shareholders approving the Annular Financial Report for 2008, the PKN ORLEN S.A. has appointed following persons to the Supervisory Board since 30th April 2009 :

1. Mr. Włodzimierz Stasiak as its President
2. Mr. Tomasz Lesman
3. Ms. Małgorzata Małkiewicz

The same day the Supervisory Board has appointed Mr. Tomasz Lesman as Vice President of the Supervisory Board and Ms. Małgorzata Małkiewicz as Secretary to the Supervisory Board.

The Supervisory Board of the ORLEN Księgowość Sp. z o.o. after personal changes :

1. Włodzimierz Stasiak – President of the Supervisory Board
2. Tomasz Lesman – Vice President of the Supervisory Board
3. Małgorzata Małkiewicz – Secretary to the Supervisory Board
