The Office of Assets Services accounts for current and lawful performing tasks in registering a state and substantive circulation of durable property elements, intangible values, financial assets, materials and wholesale goods as well as clearing of purchase of materials and wholesale goods, registering and clearing of expenditures on creating fixed assets for ORLEN Księgowość and companies in service.

There are two units within this Office :

1. Unit for Data Registration – accounts for entering source documents into accounting books kept in computer system.
    
2. Unit for Assets Registration – accounts for registration according to defined requirements and reporting for reporting and controlling purposes.

The Office of Assets Services is situated on the premises of the closed production plant that is the PKN ORLEN in Płock. Therefore there is a requirement for those who have not a permit and for foreigner to contact earlier the Office for confirmation for Security Guard their entry into Company premises.
