The Office of Remuneration Service provides services in calculating and accounting remuneration within ORLEN Księgowość and for the PKN ORLEN S.A. as well as for companies from Capital Group under binding at Provider its Collective Labour Agreements or Wage Regulations

There are two units within this Office :

1. Unit for Remuneration – accounts for calculating wages for employees under binding principles of remuneration (ZUZP, Wage Regulation, Labour Code), transferring calculated wages on employees` bank accounts and preparing annual PIT-tax information for individual employee.
    
2. Unit for Remuneration Reporting – accounts for remuneration clearing that is for clearing and transferring deducted social security contributions to National Insurance Agency (ZUS), advance payments for individual income tax to Revenue Office, PFRON contributions, entering in the books and agreeing ledger accounts as for remuneration and budget clearing, keeping clearing for workers` mutual assistance and loan fund.
