The Office for Petrol Stations Clearing monitors clearing and registering of economic operations in PKN ORLEN S.A. petrol stations and supervises timeliness and accuracy of documents issued in these stations.

There are two units within this Office :

1. Unit for Monitoring of Clearing and Registering (RHD East, RHD West, RHD South) – each from these three units accounts for supervising activity of these stations located in the area of activity of Retail Trade Regions of PKN ORLEN S.A.
    
2. Unit for Administration and System Supporting – accounts for supervision on data cohesion in computer-based information system in the stations and central system.
    
3. Unit for Clearing of Fuel Deliveries – accounts for monitoring of registering accuracy in fuel deliveries to the petrol stations.
